By placing an order for online printing products, mailing services, design services, or other offerings on our site, you agree that all applicable charges, taxes, and shipping and handling fees will be automatically charged to your credit card or paid through an approved payment method.


Payment Options


  • We require full payment, including any applicable shipping and handling fees, before we begin processing your order.
  • Payment is collected at the time the order is placed.
  • Once you approve the proof for your print job, no changes can be made to the artwork files, job specifications, or turnaround time.
  • Any delays in services caused by a failure to approve the proof are your responsibility and are not eligible for a refund.

Split Payments


  • We offer the flexibility of split payments to accommodate your project needs.
  • You can customize the initial payment amount to generate an order number.
  • To initiate a split payment, please contact your sales representative.
  • We will provide a manual credit card form for you to complete the second payment.
  • No file preparation, proofing, or printing will begin until full payment is received.
